Case Manager
Felicia is a passionate advocate for inclusive education and accessibility in higher education. With a Masters of Science degree in Rehabilitation Counseling and a certification in Higher Education from California State University, Los Angeles, she has dedicated her career to supporting students with disabilities.
Before joining Occidental, Felicia served as a Disability Accommodation Coordinator at the University of Southern California (USC) and a Disability Management Specialist at California State University, Los Angeles, where she gained extensive experience in providing academic support services and fostering an inclusive learning environment.
At Occidental, Felicia continues her mission to ensure that all students have equal access to education and opportunities for personal and academic growth. Through her work, she promotes advocacy, facilitates accommodations, and collaborates with faculty and staff to create a supportive and empowering campus community.
