Master Services and Co-op Agreements

This page lists the current Co-operative Agreements and Master Services Agreements ("MSAs") that ɫ��Ƶ currently has in place with vendors. It also provides a fillable copy of the Statement of Work ("SOW") stakeholders can use to obtain services under an MSA: After discussing their needs with the vendor, stakeholders simply fill out the applicable SOW, have it signed by both parties, and submit it to the Business Office for payment.

Co-operative Agreements

The following are the co-ops in which ɫ��Ƶ participates. The linked pages identify the service-providers that are available through the co-op. The identified customer-service representative can help employees obtain services.

Any services obtained through a co-op must still utilize a statement of work/work order that is signed by an appropriate College signatory. Employees should note that co-op pricing may not be the best available price. Employees are encouraged to contact service-providers directly to seek the best available pricing, and to confirm that the College does not already have an MSA in place with the service-provider.
