LiveSafe is designed to provide students, faculty and staff with an easy way to directly connect with Campus Safety for your safety and security needs. The LiveSafe app is used by many colleges and other institutions across the country. Occidental community members will benefit from the easy-to-use features and mobile-friendly aspect of this platform, and it will enable us to better serve our campus community.
LiveSafe has updated its app with a new section for COVID-19 resources that gives you access to basic COVID-19 and health information and tips. In addition, you will be able to anonymously report any unhealthful behavior not in line with COVID-19 policies you see within the É«ÇéÊÓƵ community, including social distancing and mask usage. The LiveSafe app can be used by those on campus as well as members of the É«ÇéÊÓƵ community who are remote.
Use of the LiveSafe app is optional. We encourage you to use it and be assured that your safety is a priority for the Campus Safety team, whether or not you use the app. Use of LiveSafe’s app-based tools is not designed to replace other existing means of emergency contact.
